“I met Ally through a recommendation to have a past regression, I have always been very spiritual and believe in past lives and that we are here to learn and progress on this planet.
I have had lots of problems health wise, I had a nervous breakdown and struggled with finding myself, not quite understanding why I was here and not fully fitting in.
Whilst under hypnosis I was guided to speak to my higher self I discovered that I was from a beautiful world, the feeling I got when I was there was overwhelming (calm, so loving no cruelty towards anything or anyone. No need for want, all everyone and everything did was enjoy each other. No money system no health issues. Everything was fixed through the power of the mind.
This gave a real understanding of why this earth is in my mind is incredibly hard to survive in. Everything is so difficult here and not a very nice place to live at all.
I did get to ask why did I chose to come here – I have a job to do to help heal the planet because if we carry on like we are it will be a very bleak nasty place to live.
Since having this session with Ally I have drawn to me lots of people in a similar mind set to me, going back to nature, no negativity, and sorting out the people that are for just themselves all the time.
I would highly recommend meeting with Ally if you have any concerns with any aspect of your life, it certainly gave me clarity, peace and my mental health has greatly improved

She made me feel so welcome and talked me through what would happen during the session in details, and I felt really comfortable talking to her. My initial apprehensions soon turned into excitement for the session ahead. Her space is lovely and really conducive to openness and relaxation.
It is hard to put into words what happens during the session, and everyone’s experience will be different. But for me, through the hypnotic state, I could safely explore hidden emotions and limiting beliefs, releasing them with Ally’s support and guidance throughout.
The session itself was one thing, but since then, there has been many moments in my day to day life where I have been able to use insight from my session and it’s really helping me navigate situations and better understand certain feelings.
