If a Talk Therapy Session is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, it will be up to the discretion of the business owner as to whether full payment is required. Refunds are not available once a Talk Therapy Session has been carried out. Your session will be starting at the allocated time. Should you arrive more than 10 minutes late then the session will have to be cancelled for that day and reorganised at a time convenient for both of us.
